This outstanding second floor condominium is built to the most exacting Floridian standards surrounded by beautifully manicured gardens. The condominium has a private elevator, and consists of an open plan kitchen with breakfast bar, great room, dining area, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms all of vast proportions. There is an additional, separate guest suite, including a further bedroom, washroom, sitting room and the laundry area. There is also generous additional outdoor space (lanai) off the guest suite and the master bedroom. All rooms are built and maintained to an extremely high standard, including top of the line appliances and luxurious appointments throughout. There is ample sheltered parking, an outdoor seating area, outside stairs and a balcony with front door access.

The condominium is situated perfectly between sunny Naples’ “sparkling” downtown area with its variety of restaurants, bars, theatres, parks and sports activities and its picturesque walk to a world famous white sandy beach and sunsets. It is situated within easy distance of some of the best shopping and golf courses Florida has to offer. There are endless possibilities for sightseeing in SW Florida and easy access to well maintained highways.

We are more than happy to recommend this classic condominium and its surrounding area, but even more so, we are delighted to report on the gracious treatment of Pam and Greg Howard, the condominium owners. They are very kind, considerate people and provide the renters with a worry free environment and as much or as little attention as their renters require. They ensure the property is exquisitely maintained and that their renters are taken care of. We think they may also be responsible for the incredible weather that we experienced during February and March, as no task seemed too little or too big from them to address.
