A Little About "The Howard House"
"The Howard House" located at 5th St. South and 10th Ave. S in Old Naples has been in the family since 1964. Back when Naples was not much more than a small fishing village sat a few small apartments on the property you see today.
After much consideration, the family decided to open up the second floor condo to visitors so they too could create memories to last a lifetime during their visit to Naples.
The beautifully renovated condo boasts 3 bedrooms and a den with 3 full bathrooms. There is a large granite filled kitchen and a dining area for those who enjoy entertaining. On either end of the home there is a screened lanai to enjoy the gulf breezes.
The large master suite has French doors leading out to the lanai to enjoy the outdoors anytime of the day. With a large soaking tub, walk-in shower, double vanity and two walk-in closets you'll be able to make this your home away from home.
A short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants.
Turnkey furnished, laundry in residence, high-speed internet, free local calls and long distance calls to Canada and the US, private elevator and incredibly spacious, this beautiful condo is available for monthly rentals.
